6. LOCATION: Karachi, Sindh Pakistan

 

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible to assist Assistant Manager, Program in carrying out the research by collecting data through qualitative and quantitative techniques, analyzing data and presenting it. S/he also acts as a supervisor for field officers, mobilizes them to collect data and helps implement the field activities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting program staff in training of field workers
• Overseeing field workers for data collection through qualitative (In-depth interviews and focus group) and quantitative (questionnaires/surveys) techniques
• Mobilizing field workers to collect data
• Supervising and managing field workers
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data through statistical methods
• Updating and presenting data on a weekly basis
• Conducting a literature review through secondary research
• Helping coordinate Project management
• Assisting with Program presentation making

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree(s) in a relevant field including Public Health, Social Sciences or Development Studies

Required Experience

• 0 - 1 year of experience

Required Skills

• Ability to clean data and conduct statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience of STATA
• Ability to develop and refine PowerPoint presentations
• Precision, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
