LOCATION

Karachi, Pakistan.

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will have an opportunity to work on the various projects in the MCH portfolio conducted in partnership with international donors. S/He will be responsible for the provision of oversight for all field operations of the project. This position requires some travel for field and research work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Liaise with local stakeholders and district authorities to ensure they provide the requisite support to project teams for successful implementation of activities at regional and district levels

·         Coordinate and arrange health worker training for project implementation

·         Prepare project documentation including, but not limited to, project plan and daily field reports

·         Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities and prepare a project progress report

·         Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and facilitate implementation as needed

·         Present project updates in relevant Government forums

·         Coordinate and supervise field project staff

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

·         Bachelor's in Social Sciences or any relevant field.

Required Experience

·         3-4 years of experience in assisting and managing projects.

Required Skills

·         Data Analysis and Forecasting Model

·         Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

·         Compile Data and Conduct Statistical Analysis.

·         Analytical Skills

·         SPSS and STATA

·         Report Writing

·         Presentation skills
