Requirements

  • 16 years of education in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector related to logistics and procurement.
  • Experience in human resource management and development.
  • Understanding of developing HR policies.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement process and logistics management.
  • Strong links with vendors across the country.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent in administrative tasks (internal & external)
  • Ability to work in off-hours when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills (English and Urdu).
  • Abilities and skills for multi-tasking.
  • Must have a good grip on MS Office and Internet/email usage.
