Project Description:

CNFA is currently seeking qualified Agriculture Production Lead candidates for the upcoming USAID-funded Pakistan Economic Recovery and Development Activity. This Activity is designed to expand economic opportunities in the Newly Merged Districts of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province by strengthening and modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting farm and off-farm micro-and small enterprises.

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agribusiness, or related field required;

·        Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant technical experience in increasing economic growth, trade, and value chain competitiveness and agricultural development in Pakistan required;

·        Demonstrated experience successfully designing and implementing targeted, market-driven programs that increase the competitiveness and inclusiveness of agriculture value chains required;

·        Demonstrated experience in facilitating increased access to agricultural service packages and advancing access and adoption of new technologies and mechanization for smallholder farmers;

·        Management skills and a strong command of English technical writing and communication skills;

·        Additional fluency in local languages preferred.
