Project
Description:
CNFA is currently seeking qualified Gender and
Vulnerable Groups Engagement Lead candidates for the upcoming USAID-funded
Pakistan Economic Recovery and Development Activity. This Activity is designed to expand economic opportunities in the Newly
Merged Districts of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province by strengthening and
modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting farm and off-farm micro-and
small enterprises.
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is
preferred;
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in
gender-sensitive field programming is required, including building the
capacity of stakeholders and program staff;
- Demonstrated understanding of Pakistan’s
socio-cultural factors that affect gender and vulnerable groups is
required;
- Knowledge of agricultural, livelihood, resilience,
and/or food security programming is preferred;
- International donor experience is required, USAID
experience is preferred;
- Strong technical expertise, management skills, and
a strong command of English technical writing and communication skills are
required;
- Additional fluency in local languages preferred.
