and Responsibilities
CNFA is currently seeking qualified Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director candidates for the upcoming USAID-funded Pakistan Economic Recovery and Development Activity. This Activity is designed to expand economic opportunities in the Newly Merged Districts of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province by strengthening and modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting farm and off-farm micro-and small enterprises.
Job Requirements
Key
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics,
administration, or related field required, Master’s degree is preferred.
- Seven (7) plus years of
experience in the integration of M&E into field-level programming is
required, experience managing M&E from a country office is strongly
preferred;
- Demonstrated experience
in developing and operationalizing a comprehensive M&E plan and
systems is required; experience doing these activities for USAID projects
is preferred;
- Outstanding ability to
generate accurate qualitative information and analysis is required and
must be demonstrated during the hiring process;
- Expertise in innovative
data collection, management, sharing, and visualization is required;
- International donor
experience is required, USAID experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of Pakistan development context is highly
desirable;
- Fluency in English is
required;
- Additional fluency in local languages preferred.
