Job Description

Position Summary:

CNFA is currently seeking qualified Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director candidates for the upcoming USAID-funded Pakistan Investment Promotion Activity. This Activity will facilitate the growth and development of higher-value commercial crops through investment promotion, and small and medium enterprise (SME) development. These efforts will support the Government of Pakistan’s plan to recapture market share, access new markets as a source of foreign exchange, and support pathways to self-resilience.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

 

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

        Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, and/or administration is required; Master’s degree preferred;

        Seven (7) plus years of experience in the integration of M&E into field-level programming is required, experience managing M&E from a country office is strongly preferred;

        Demonstrated experience in developing and operationalizing a comprehensive M&E plan and systems is required; experience doing these activities for USAID projects is preferred;

        Outstanding ability to generate accurate qualitative information and analysis is required and must be demonstrated during the hiring process;

        Expertise in innovative data collection, management, sharing, and visualization is required;

        Familiarity with GIS is preferred;

        Knowledge of agriculture, investment, and/or economic growth sector is preferred;

        International donor experience is required, USAID experience is preferred;

        Fluency in English is required.
