Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Social Sciences (International Development/Sociology/Social Work).

· Minimum 5 years of experience related to the development sector in project management.

· Experience of working with the government departments.

· Sound understanding on designing awareness-raising campaigns on GBV & psychosocial support.

· Experience in conducting training on the topics of GBV case management and psychosocial support.

· Strong abilities to prepare a periodic project plans, ensure implementation and financial management.

· Strong networking and advocacy skills.

· Proficiency in English and Urdu language.

· Excellent analytic thinking and writing skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural setting.
