JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will help to lead a research project by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data through qualitative and quantitative techniques, coordinating project activities, and managing the project team. Additionally, s/he will contribute to report and manuscript writing, and assist with liaising with partners.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·         Managing project team
  • ·         Leading implementation and data collection activities
  • ·         Conducting an extensive search of relevant academic literature
  • ·         Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
  • ·         Updating and presenting data on a weekly basis
  • ·         Writing progress reports and manuscript drafts
  • ·         Making presentations for conferences and internal and external calls
  • ·         Managing communication with partners
  • ·         Travelling to different parts of Pakistan as and when needed.
  • ·         Complete tasks given by the line-manager
  •  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  •     Masters' degree in Public Health & Social Sciences

 

Required Experience

  • ·         At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of development sector

Required Skills

  • ·         Verbal and Written Skills both in English and Urdu
  • ·         Research Skills
  • ·         Strong command on STATA software
  • ·         Compile Data and Conduct Statistical Analysis
  • ·         Attention to Detail(s)
  • ·         Management Skills
  • ·         Critical Thinking and Judgment
