JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient functioning of the project in the assigned district under the supervision of the line manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         To support, supervise and monitor field activities of the field officers/supervisors and vaccinators.

·         To coordinate, support, supervise and monitor field officers/supervisors in solving field issues.

·         To assess the training needs of the vaccination staff (Vaccinators and LHWs) and Field Supervisors as well as help them in the provision of training on vaccination mobile application and provide support/facilitation, as and when required.

·         To conduct community awareness sessions.

·         To validate data received from field officers/vaccinators.

·         To participate in the referral chain process for Zindagi Mehfooz Immunization for increasing the number of clients to get vaccinated on time.

·         To actively participate in any district government meetings regarding the Immunization/Polio and also liaison with District Health Administration.

·         Supervise Town Field Coordinator and provide necessary support as and when needed.

·         To prepare daily field reports and share with line manager for monitoring purposes.

·         To notify the manager and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected or detected.

·         To maintain regular stock of all projects related equipment provided by IRD.

·         Performing all other duties as requested by the seniors as and when required.

·         To coordinate with the district health department and vaccination personnel for project activities.

·         Comply with the organization's policies and practices.

·         Maintain moral and ethical conduct.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

·         Bachelors/Masters degree in social sciences or relevant subject.

Required Experience

·         At least 2-3 years of working experience in public health/EPI.

Required Skills

·         Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Fluency in English/Urdu/Sindhi (oral and written).

·         Troubleshoot real-time on-field operations.

·         Develop and Maintain Positive Relationships.

·         Real-time reporting.
