Role overview
Oversee and support VSO’s finance and
Operation departments. Responsibilities include directing and managing
finances, operations/HR, and administration to support VSO’s short- and
long-term strategic goals. Ensure strong coordination within the staff of
different projects and support project implementation teams. Ensure sound and
transparent administration of funds by providing accounting and financial
management consistent with the VSO financial management framework, donor rules
and local legislation.
