REPORTING TO: Field Supervisor

DEPARTMENT/PROJECT: ACT-A

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Contractual (Close-ended) until March 31, 2022

LOCATION: Karachi, Sindh Pakistan.

 

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible to screen all visitors before entering the property to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·         Act as point of contact for visitors/patients inquiries
  • ·         Report to Field supervisor for tasks
  • ·         Fill forms for each visitor/patient
  • ·         Communicate with the field supervisor to resolve field issues and management problems
  • ·         Submit weekly work progress to field supervisor for subject follow-up and field visits
  • ·         Keep a check and balance of tasks at hand
  • ·         Perform any other duty as assigned by the line manager.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Minimum Intermediate.

  • ·         1-2 years of field experience.
